What this site is

It's my working list of new D.R. Horton homes around Ocala, plus the plans and communities they come in. I'm an independent licensed real estate agent. I'm not an employee of D.R. Horton and I'm not an employee of DHI Mortgage.

About the information here

Prices, availability, square footage, HOA figures and completion timing come from the builder's inventory export, and every page tells you the date that export was built. Between builds, things move. Nothing on this site is an offer, and nothing here is a guarantee that a particular home is still available at a particular price.

Renderings, photographs and floor plans are representative. The house that gets built can differ in elevation, finish, landscaping and options.

About payment estimates

Any monthly figure on this site is an estimate, shown with the note rate and the APR it was calculated from and the date those came from. It is not a commitment to lend, not a loan offer, and not a quote. Your real rate, payment and costs depend on your credit, your down payment, your loan program and the property. Your loan officer at DHI Mortgage gives you the actual numbers.

Every home shown here is offered on an equal opportunity basis, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin.

Age-restricted communities

A community is only labeled 55+ on this site where the builder's own data verifies it. If a page doesn't say so, don't assume it is.
