What this site collects

Nothing at all unless you send it. There is no analytics script on these pages, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker. Browsing here does not put you on a list.

If you fill in the buyer form, it sends me exactly what you typed: your name, your phone number, your email, the language you'd rather use, which community you're interested in, your budget range, whether you're pre-approved, and whether you've already registered at a community. That goes to my own email and to a private spreadsheet I use to keep track of who I'm working with.

Who sees it

Me. A copy also goes to the licensed agent who owns the inventory data this site is built from and who supervises how it is used — one person, and you can ask me who at any time. Nobody else sees it, and I don't sell, rent or trade any of it.

If you decide to buy, the builder and your lender will need your information too — but that happens through their own paperwork, with you filling it in, not by me handing over what you sent me here.

Texts and calls

If you give me your phone number, I'll text or call you about homes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and I'll stop, and that doesn't affect anything else.

How long I keep it

Until you ask me to delete it, or until we've been out of touch for two years. Ask and it's gone — email rudy@ocalanewhomesguide.com and say so. You don't have to give a reason.

Cookies

This site sets none. The filter panel remembers what you picked by putting it in the page's own web address while you're on it, which disappears the moment you close the tab.

Children

This site isn't for anyone under 18 and I don't knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
