Text messages
Most of what I do happens over text, so here is the whole of it in one place: what the messages are, how they start, and how to stop them.
The program
Program name: Ocala New Homes Guide. One number, 352-720-2525, and it is me and my assistant on the other end of it. What you get are replies about homes you asked about, answers to your questions, and messages to set up and confirm tours. There is no newsletter and nothing promotional.
There are two ways it starts, and both are yours to choose
1. You text me first
Tap this and your phone opens a message already written. Nothing happens until you press send.
Text Rudy before you visitCall Rudy
Text 352-720-2525 to chat with Rudy's assistant about homes. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Privacy · Terms
2. You check the box on a form
Every form on this site that asks for a phone number has this box on it, right above the send button. It is never checked for you, and you never have to check it to send the form:
What a conversation looks like
YouHi, I saved homes RM-104 and RM-221
Rudy's assistantOcala New Homes Guide: Thanks for texting! This is Rudy's assistant. We got your saved homes. Are you looking to move in the next few months? Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation and nothing after it, and it doesn't affect anything else we're doing together. Reply HELP to any message and you get the number and how to reach a person.
The written terms
The full terms are on the other two pages. The short version is one sentence:
