4-bedroom new homes

Four bedrooms is where most families land, and it is the biggest part of what is being built around Ocala right now. Everything on this page is new construction with four bedrooms or more.

The useful thing about four bedrooms in a new house is that the fourth one is usually drawn as a real room rather than an afterthought — a guest room that takes a proper bed, or an office with a door that shuts. Look at where it sits relative to the primary bedroom; on some of these plans it is at the other end of the house and on others it is next door, and that matters more than the square footage does.

Some are finished and some are still going up. The card tells you which, and gives the month the builder expects to finish the ones that are not.

You will see a code instead of a community name. That is how this site works and there is a reason: walk into a sales office alone and the builder registers you to their own salesperson, and I cannot represent you at that community afterwards. Text me the code and I will tell you where it is, what is available on it, and what it qualifies for.

Questions people ask me

Are these all two-storey?

No. Most of what is built around Ocala is single-storey, including a lot of the four-bedroom plans. The plan page for each one shows the layout.

Is there room for a pool?

On some homesites, yes. It depends on the lot and on the community's rules, which is one of the things I check before you get attached to a particular house.

What is the homesite like?

The card gives the approximate lot size where the county has published it. What it cannot tell you is what is planned behind it — that is a question I ask the community directly.

How do I see one?

Text me the code. I will register you with the community first, which is what lets me represent you there, and then we go and look.
