3-bedroom new homes

Three bedrooms is the size most people actually need, and it is where the best value is in new construction around Ocala right now. Everything on this page is brand new with three bedrooms.

Who this tends to suit: a first house, a couple who want a spare room and an office, somebody downsizing out of a four-bedroom they no longer clean. The square footage on each card is the builder's, and it is worth reading it next to the layout rather than on its own — a well-drawn 1,400 square feet lives bigger than a badly drawn 1,600.

Some of these are finished and some are still going up. The card says which, and where a house is not finished it carries the month the builder expects to hand it over.

The community name is not on the card, and that is deliberate. If you walk into a builder's sales office on your own, they register you to their own salesperson and I can no longer represent you there. So I tell you where a house is in a conversation instead — text me the code on any of these and you will have the answer in a minute.

Most are two. The card shows the count for that specific home, including the half baths, because it varies by plan.
